DIPLOMA PROGRAMME IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT & CATERING TECHNOLOGY

Objective : The one and half year Diploma Programme in Hotel Management & Catering Techology being conducted by the IIER has been designed for meeting the demand of the growing needs of experts in the efficient and effective operations and management of hotels and catering technology.
Eligibility : 10+2 in any Discipline
Duration : 18 Months
Award : Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering shall be awarded to all the successful candidates by the International Institute of Education & Research, Jaipur
FIRST SEMESTER
1st Paper : Introduction to Hotel Management
2nd Paper : Communication Skills
3rd Paper : Food & Beverage Production
4th Paper : Front Office Management
SECOND SEMESTER
5th Paper : Catering Technology
6th Paper : Hospitality Administration
7th Paper : Culinary Facility
8th Paper : Food Science & Kitchen Safety
THIRD SEMESTER
9th Paper : Improving Hospitality Services
10th Paper : Catering Management
11th Paper : Guest Treatment
12th Paper : Practical

Accordingly, the application form duly filled in along with four photographs, copies of certificates and mark sheets and a Bank Draft in the name of INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION & RESEARCH payable at Jaipur must reach at the Jaipur Postal Address. Examination Fee: A fee of Rs. 150 per paper is to paid before appearing in the Semester Examinations.
